While traveling last week, I found myself staying in a different hotel, and city, every night.
While traveling can be challenging, and make you homesick, it allows you the opportunity to experience new things.
When I checked into The Fort Garry Hotel in Winnipeg, the clerk at the front desk informed me of the complimentary 24 hour coffee and tea service. I have stayed in lots of hotels and have never been offered such a service.
So before turning in for the night, I filled out the simple coffee request card, which included the time I wanted my coffee delivered, and went to bed.
When I woke, I had a tray with a fresh brewed small pot of coffee, a biscuit and the newspaper waiting for me.
Now that’s a great way to start the day!
How can you do something “small” to make a BIG difference in someone’s day?
